The Geofence feature enables you to attach the NFT to a real-world location and configure a fencing radius around it. Once configured, only the users from the fencing radius can collect the NFT given that their GPS shows them to be in that area.

You can enable and configure the Geofence feature by updating a current NFT build. Follow the steps below to enable and configure the Geofence feature.

  1. Ensure that you are logged in to your Vennity Dashboard account.

  2. Go to the BUILD menu and open the NFT that you want to update.

  3. Find and click the Location tab.

  4. Scroll down and find the Location/Geofence option. Click its ON/OFF toggle to enable/disable the Geofence feature.

  5. You can use the Search Bar to find the location where you want to set the item’s Geofence.

  6. A Mapbox will be enabled and allows you to configure the Geofence’s maximum fencing radius. To configure the fencing radius, click and drag the Radius toggle to set. To set the radius smaller, click and drag the toggle to the Left. To increase the radius, click and drag the toggle to the Right. It is important to note that you can set the maximum fencing radius up to 1.50 kilometers.

  7. Review all the changes and if you are all set, click the Save button.
